How does a Dermaplane work?
Dermaplaning is an advanced exfoliation technique that uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove dead skin and peach fuzz from the face & neck. There is no downtime, no discomfort, and glowing results are instant!
Does Dermaplane make hair grow back thicker?
Contrary to popular belief, Dermaplane cannot make your hair grow back thicker or darker. While you may notice when the peach fuzz starts to grows back, it will return to it’s previous texture & density. The only thing that can transform peach fuzz to coarse hair is hormonal changes (like puberty).
Do Chemical Peels hurt?
Depending on the peel you choose, you may experience varying levels of discomfort. Superficial feels mostly create an itchy or warm feeling, while deep peels can cause significantly more heat and discomfort. We will always communicate with you during your treatment to ensure your comfort!
What is the downtime associated with these services?
The only treatments on our Facial menu that may result in downtime is the Acne Facial & some of our Chemical Peels. The BioRePeel offers the result of a deep peel without the downtime, and there is no recovery for our other facial services!
